You should have:

    BINARY.readme   (this file)
    BINARY.setup    (script for jobs normally done by make)
    bin/*           (the executables)

You need to:

1) Get normal CCP4 distribution and un-tar it.
2) Edit and source ccp4.setup as normal
3) Run the script BINARY.setup
